As we look to further expand and increase our global footprint, we are on a quest to find a Strategy Director. This individual will be in a key leadership role in the business, making essential contributions across all departments and helping as a strategic guide for all our clients.

This individual will hold the crucial responsibility of meeting with new clients, understanding the nuances of their businesses, and devising tailored, innovative strategies that drive their growth. By tapping into their profound understanding of the digital landscape and future trends, the Strategy Director will create roadmaps that not only resonate with our clients’ immediate needs but also position them for long-term success.
Once a plan is forged, they will seamlessly loop in the appropriate departments, ensuring that the strategy is translated into actionable steps. - Strategic Planning and Growth: Spearhead the creation and deployment of growth strategies for both agencies, guiding our approach to client acquisition and ensuring we continue to lead in our space.
- Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Get involved with discovery call if needed and assist in signing new clients at the strategy formulation stage, lead a seamless onboarding process in terms of strategy development, and establish the foundation for lasting relationships.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee and continuously refine all client strategies, ensuring alignment with our high standards and key client objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Delve into data if needed alongside media buyers to guide decisions, aiming to translate our efforts into tangible revenue growth for clients.
- Strategic Planning and Growth: Drive the creation and execution of growth strategies for both agencies’ clients.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as a pivotal leader in a close-knit team, fostering unity and a culture of shared achievement.
- Service Excellence: Oversee the flawless delivery of our services, aiming for maximum client satisfaction.
