Brooks Law Firm is a leading specialist personal injury firms in Boston, MA.


Arinda and her team work across the full range of cases from RTA's, to workers compensation to SSD and a host of other areas too. They have had some huge wins for their clients and more info can be found about them here.

Before working with Evolve Marketing and like many firms, they acquired new claims through two main channels:

i) referrals/ word of mouth


ii) Google Ads.

Their monthly Google Ads budget was $15,000

The Problem

Arinda quickly informed us the frustrations she was experiencing with her rising cost per case costs

Her firm was paying on average..

$2,500 for a Workers Compensation Claim

$2,300 for a Personal Injury Claim (RTA etc)

This number had been steadily rising too and there wasn't anything she could do to stop it.

So, Evolve Marketing were tasked with bringing in more claims for Arinda and her team, for less.

We still needed the front end campaign (Google Ads + SEO effort) to acquire and bring in the relevant traffic of potential claimants.

But we needed to secure a much higher conversion rate.

So what did we do?

We created two campaigns to target two types of potential claimants

We classified these campaigns as people with

1. High Intent


2. Low Intent

So, what are the two categories of campaigns we have mentioned above? 

i) High Intent

People who have a potential claim and visited our site. They may be on the websites of multiple law firms and it is our job to give them the relevant information to get them to act and book a call or consultation with Arinda and her team.

We show them the relevant "information" by setting the campaign up to analyse what pages on our site they have interacted with and showing them the key concerns and questions visitors have around that topic.

ii) Low Intent

This campaign is focused towards people who might not want to speak to a lawyer immediately. They may be interested in the claims process for a different reason.

With this in mind, we tie in lower commitment asks to get them into our back-end funnel. This is a mixture of claimant guides, email sequences and other lead magnets to nurture potential claimants and help them on their journey. 

Our original goal was to get more claims in the door while not significantly raising the monthly marketing spend of Rogers Solicitors, which we achieved.

These were our results.
